All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted subject to product availability. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

3. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Custom fabricated items are non-returnable. Contact us before returning any item.

4. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Elite Underground Tools does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elite Underground Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
